Is Praxipet a veterinary service?
No. Praxipet is a pet owner support consultancy. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. We serve as an informative triage point and educational resource, helping you navigate common concerns and decide when clinical veterinary care is necessary.
What animals do you support?
We support owners of dogs, cats, and exotic animals. When booking, please specify your animal's species, breed, and age so we can tailor our guidance appropriately.
How do I pay and receive my session link?
After booking, we collect your email, phone number, and payment. You'll then receive confirmation and your Zoom or Google Meet link via email. Payment is required prior to the consultation.
Do you offer support in Spanish?
Yes! All our services are available in both English and Spanish. You can select your preferred language when booking any service.
